ROCHESTER - Police arrested two area residents on Wednesday in connection with a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.

Samantha Gunnison, 25, of 61 Winter St. in Rochester; and Jon Dyer, 22, of 466 Ten Rod Road in Farmington, were charged with misdemeanor level counts of Willful Concealment and released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending their arraignments next month in the 7^th District Division Rochester Court.
