Rochester pair nabbed in tire dumping incidents

ROCHESTER - Two Rochester men have been arrested for allegedly dumping tires illegally within the city.

Between Aug. 22 and Aug. 23 Rochester Police arrested Todd Saylor, 28, of 24a Lafayette St., and Justin Nadeau, 25, of 24b Lafayette St., on littering charges.

Both men were released on personal recognizance bond pending their arraignment next month at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.

The arrests were for incidents in which Saylor and Nadeau are alleged to have worked together in dumping used tires in various locations throughout the city, police said in a press release.

Littering is a class B Misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine.
